The Junior Program is built around a high energy, cardio training to develop body strength.

The fundamentals of Taekwondo are taught to continue the development of focus, self-control, and self-discipline. We also incorporate team building exercises to help facilitate friendships. Instructors are there to encourage students, but we also emphasize the importance of students challenging and supporting one another as well.
